UX/UI & design system outsourcing for software companies
Senior UX/UI designers who join your sprints and build the design system your product grows on. Under your NDA, white-label if you need it.
Design capacity, without the hiring.
Hiring a senior product designer can take months. Meanwhile, your engineers design screens between sprints.
We add experienced UX/UI designers to your team at the size you need, for as long as you need them, and leave you with a design system that keeps every new screen consistent. Same people throughout, from Chennai since 2008.
Three ways to work with us
Not sure which fits? Tell us what you’re shipping and we’ll recommend one.
Project-based
A fixed scope, price and delivery date.
Best for a redesign, a new module or a design system.
Dedicated team
Reserve designer-days each month and use them as your roadmap moves.
Best for ongoing product work. Most SaaS teams settle here.
White-label
We work under your brand, join your client calls and stay out of sight.
Best for IT services firms and agencies.
What we cover
UX, UI and design systems first, from research to files your engineers can build from.
UX design
Flows, wireframes and clickable prototypes, tested before they reach engineering.
UI design
Clear, consistent screens for web apps, dashboards and mobile apps.
Design systems
Tokens, components and documentation your whole team can build from. What’s included
Product research
Interviews, analytics reviews and usability tests that show what users need.
Web design
Marketing sites and landing pages that match your product.
Handover your engineers trust
Specs, states, edge cases and tokens, not just flat mockups.
Design system outsourcing
One design system, every screen consistent
We build a new design system, or audit and extend the one you have, so designers and engineers stop rebuilding the same button.
- Audit: what exists today, what’s duplicated and what’s missing.
- Foundations: colour, type, spacing and elevation as named tokens.
- Component library: Figma components with variants, states and auto layout.
- Documentation: when to use each component, and when not to.
- Handover: names that match your code, with Dev Mode specs for engineers.
- Upkeep: new components as your product grows, on a dedicated-team retainer.
How we get started
Five steps from first call to first handover.
Free call
Tell us what you’re shipping. We’ll recommend the model that fits, not the one you asked about.
Optional pilot
One flow in about two weeks, so you can judge the work before committing.
Onboarding
We get product access, your design files and one person who can approve the work.
Design in sprints
A progress update every working day and a demo every week, in your tools.
Handover
Files your engineers can build from, and the same designers for the next sprint.
A design partner, not a resourcing shop
| A resourcing shop | ||
|---|---|---|
| Starts with | The problem you’re solving. | Whoever is free this week. |
| A weak brief | We ask why before we draw. | Built as asked, problems and all. |
| Handover | Specs, states, edge cases and tokens. | Flat mockups. |
| Your team | The same designers throughout. | People rotate with availability. |

Outsourcing questions
Design systems, white-label, pilots, NDAs and time zones. For more detail, read our guide to outsourcing UX/UI design to India.
Can you build or extend our design system?
Yes. We can start a design system from scratch, or audit the one you have and extend it. We build in Figma, name tokens and components to match your code, and keep the system up to date as part of a retainer.
What is included in a design system?
Foundations such as colour, type and spacing tokens; a Figma component library with variants and states; usage guidelines for each component; and a handover your engineers can build from. We scope it to the product you have, not a generic kit.
What is white-label UX/UI design?
We work under your brand instead of ours. Deliverables carry your name, our designers can join client calls as part of your team, and we never publicise the engagement. It suits IT services firms and agencies that need design depth without changing what they tell their clients.
Can we try you before committing to a retainer?
Yes. Many teams start with a small paid pilot: one flow, delivered in about two weeks. You see how we work and what we hand over before you commit to anything longer.
Do you sign NDAs, and who owns the work?
Yes. We work under your NDA, and IP ownership is agreed in writing before any work starts.
How does the time difference work?
Our studio runs on India Standard Time (GMT+5:30). That gives roughly four hours of overlap with Europe and a shorter window with the US East Coast. Work handed over at the end of your day is often ready when you start the next one, as long as the brief is clear.
What do you need from us to get started?
Product access or a demo environment, your existing design files and design system, brand guidelines, the problem you want solved, any technical constraints, and one person who can approve the work.
Which tools do you work in?
We design in Figma, with design systems, prototypes and Dev Mode handoff. We join your workspace and use the tools your team already runs on, such as Slack, Jira, Zoom or Google Meet.
