Project Background

Luxe is a mobile e‑commerce app focused exclusively on premium footwear. Instead of browsing generic marketplaces or switching between multiple brand apps, Luxe gives users a single, curated space to discover, compare, and buy sneakers with confidence.

The Challenge

Despite the popularity of online shopping, users still face frustration when buying shoes online:

- Difficulty choosing the right size
- Limited product photos and unclear descriptions
- Slow or confusing checkout experiences
- Trust issues around quality and delivery
- Lack of order tracking

Our objective was to design a user-centric solution that reduces friction across the entire shopping journey.

Size confidence is the #1 barrier
Confusion between UK/US/EU sizes. Inconsistent sizing across brands. Users fear returns.
Checkout is a major drop-off point
